The brush itself is just as described – very soft. The width is great too being able to fit within a bucket. My only criticism is the statement of a “universal” fit for a handle, I purchased a Vikan extendable pole only to realise it has a “European” thread versus this brushes standard US “ACME” thread, I was able to find a suitable adaptor from a specialist cleaning company. It would be great if Car Care Co could provide a warning about this and keep in stock some adaptors.

Finally got hold of this brush. Very soft and easy to use. I’m used to using the sponge for contact washing but have started using this for the lower parts of the car doors & roof – nice. Rinse the brush before first use, there was a lot small fibres from the manuf process. I researched the type of fitting via U.S sites while waiting for stock & can verify Garry Cullen’s review that it is the American Standard 3/4″ (ACME). I got a Bate’s Extension Pole online ($25) 1.4ft-3ft which screwed on perfectly & long enough to reach over half way across the roof of the Forester. For the price I’ll try the 2.4ft-6ft pole. (Thanks again Mark for contacting me about my order last week).
