The Carton Oil Film Removing Polisher is a compact, purpose-built cordless tool designed specifically for glass polishing and oil film removal. Unlike larger paint polishers, the Oil Film Removing Polisher is engineered for the control and precision required to tackle windscreen contamination, water spots, rain etching and stubborn hydrophobic film.

Oil film caused by road grime, exhaust residue, silicone contamination and other environmental contaminants can leave a stubborn layer on the glass that wipers struggle to remove. Water spots and mineral deposits can also bond to the glass surface. When paired with a suitable glass polishing compound, the Oil Film Removing Polisher provides controlled mechanical action to restore a cleaner, clearer finish.

Its compact design makes it particularly effective for windscreens, side windows, mirrors and other glass surfaces, allowing you to work into areas where larger polishers can be difficult to control.

3″ Backing Plate for Precision Glass Work

The 3″ (75mm) backing plate is ideally sized for glass polishing. Its compact footprint allows easy access between A-pillars, around curved windscreens, along side mirrors and into tight areas that larger machines can miss.

The single-handed pistol-grip design provides excellent control over positioning and pressure. The Oil Film Removing Polisher is designed to allow the tool’s own weight and pad rotation to provide the required contact force, helping you work efficiently without excessive downward pressure.

The Oil Film Removing Polisher is not a paint correction machine. Its compact 3″ head, low-throw action and 12V cordless platform are specifically designed for glass-focused applications rather than correcting paint defects.

For paint correction, use a dedicated machine designed for that purpose.
